Janny: GBIF only accepts data from registered data publishers which can be institutions or networks endorsed through the process described at https://www.gbif.org/become-a-publisher . However, options include either sharing observations through iNaturalist whose research-grade records are automatically harvested by GBIF, or publishing a data paper e.g. through Pensoft’s Biodiversity Data Journal in which case the underlying data will be shared with GBIF through the journal’s own platform.
