Carlos Adolfo Harnandez Mercado

Political scientist from Universidad del Rosario and Master in Political and International Affairs from the same university. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of cooperation and international affairs in the public sector, specifically in the Colombian Government. He also coordinated for 6 years the national interaction process with the Science and Technology Policy Committee of the OECD. He was a professor in the areas of International Relations and Political Science at Universidad del Rosario and Universidad Central. He is currently a senior specialist in cooperation and international affairs at the Humboldt Institute of Colombia.
