Hugo Rivera Mendoza is currently the Team Leader of the Post 2020 Biodiversity Framework-EU Support project. He is an experienced program manager, business development manager and biodiversity policy expert with a demonstrated history of working in the environmental services industry. Skilled in negotiation, operations management, analytical skills, coaching, and team building, Hugo is a strong team leader with a Master’s degree focused in Knowledge Transfer and Intercultural Communication from the University of Vienna.
