Marcin Pawel JARZEBSKI is a Project Assistant Professor at Tokyo College, the University of Tokyo, trained in the sustainability science and the field of natural environmental science, with PhD degree from the University of Tokyo, Graduate Program in Sustainability Science – Global Leadership Initiative (GPSS-GLI) in 2015. He became postdoctoral researcher at The University of Tokyo Integrated Research System for Sustainability Science, and later at the University of Tokyo Institute for Future Initiatives, while holding position at Future Earth Japan Hub as Science Officer. He has been doing research on ageing and shrinking societies globally, food security in Sub-Saharan Africa, climate change adaptation in Southeast Asia, community forest management in the Philippines, and working actively on collaborations aiming for a new design for future society.
