Oscar Gualdron is a system engineer and professional in physics. He holds a master’s degree and a postdoc in physics at the University of Laval. He has worked as professor and vice-rector of research at the Industrial University of Santander in Colombia. He was technical director for promotion of research and deputy director at Colciencias in Colombia. Currently, he is deputy director of the Alexander von Humboldt Institute.
